id ont get how to downlaod it.... i left clicked it and it duznt say save link as...

If you wish to save, you would RIGHT-click, and then select "Save As" or "Save Link As."
Alternately, if you have QuickTime installed on your computer, you can click the play button on the link on the right side of the blog.
