They are broken up into three segments, downloadable right here (to save to your hard drive, right mouse-click on each link below and choose "Save as"):

Ruben,
To save it to your iPod, right-mouse click on each podcast link on the blog and save them to your hard drive. You can then use iTunes and then go to "File" and select "Add file to your library." You can then add them to your iPod. Let me know if you need more help.

i loved it but i think it would help more if we could actually see your face, like when you are talking. it helps me tale in the info more when i can see the person talk. it will hold my attention longer

I think I might be able to talk a little slower next time, but the slower I talk, the longer it takes to download! I'll see what I can do for next quarter. I want this to be a helpful tool for all my students, so any suggestions are welcome!

ok yeah thanks. i see what you mean by talking slow, but i listened to it so many times i think i understood what you were saying!!!! u r a great teacher. this totally helped me a lot
yeah for me anyway it helps me to see it visually, but i totally understand if you do not want a video.
Loose vs. Strict--
HamiLton wanted Loose Construction because he wanted to give the federal government as much power as possible. If your parents were given loose powers to rule over you, you probably wouldn't like that.
JefferSon wanted Strict Construction because he wanted to give the federal government as little power as possible. You would want your parents' powers to be interpreted strictly because then that limits their control over you. Just think of your parents as your federal government in this example, and just remember . . .
HamiLton = Loose
JefferSon = Strict
